Our classic Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) create high-performance building systems for residential, commercial, and industrial construction while minimizing labor and time costs. The panels consist of an insulating foam core sandwiched between customizable skins. The structural sheathing can be made of magnesium oxide board (MgO), classic oriented standard board (OSB), or plywood to create your optimal build. Our SIPs are manufactured in factory-controlled conditions and able to be fabricated to fit nearly any building design.

Magnesium Oxide Board (MgO)
These boards are made of Magnesium Oxide, a mineral cement, to create a superior green sheathing alternative. The board works similarly to plywood or cement but has improved characteristics of fire and water resistance.
Oriented Standard Board (OSB)
OSB is made of thick wood strains oriented in specific directions and bonded together to create a stronger and durable sheathing.
Plywood
Plywood is made from thin layers of wood veneer bonded together with alternating grain directions to create a strong, stable, and durable sheathing panel.
